Nicole Vera Giler

Being part of the Social Enterprise Hub has been one of the experiences that pushed me the most outside of my comfort zone during my time at STU. I’m genuinely proud of that. Through this role, I challenged myself to show up in new ways, including participating in promotional videos for the Hub, something I had never done before. What started as intimidating became empowering, helping me build confidence in communicating ideas and engaging with the community. 

My experience at the Hub allowed me to grow not only professionally, but personally. I loved working in a creative, supportive environment where social impact, innovation, and collaboration were at the center of everything we did. What made me happiest was seeing ideas turn into action and feeling trusted to contribute my voice, skills, and perspective. The Social Enterprise Hub gave me space to grow and learning.
